What you will do to help drive energy transition:

• You actively support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting & variable Pay for the sonnen group in close with our external service provider
• You will evaluating, implementing and ensuring a stable data integration and replication between SAP SuccessFactors and the different sonnen systems (SAP HCM, Concur, AD, etc.)
• In a co-responsibility role you will be a part of the different projects by implementing and supporting HR projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
• Advising HR as module owner for SuccessFactors EC
• Analyzing HR processes and implementing the respective requirements into SuccessFactors
• Support in all project phases - from the first workshops through implementation to support after go-live
• You will support in setting up and improving trainings to introduce a new configuration, in addition you also take over the process documentation

What you will need for that journey:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable education with SAP qualification
• Practical experience in the application and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting and/or other SF modules) 
• Project experience and process knowledge in Human Resources is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a team; service mentality; motivated by finding creative and pragmatic solutions for complex issues
