As Senior Customer Success Manager (f/m/x) at Tanso, you ensure that our industrial customers derive maximum value from our sustainability software. You manage the entire customer lifecycle – from successful implementation through continuous development to long-term customer retention.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic management and expansion of our key industrial accounts
  • Building trusted relationships at C-level and with decision-makers
  • Developing data-driven success strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention and expansion
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales
  • Conceptual development of our Customer Success processes and tools
  • Leading and coaching Customer Success teams

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in successfully scaling complex B2B SaaS customer relationships, ideally in the field of sustainability topics
  • Proven track record in reducing churn and increasing Net Revenue Retention
  • Confident demeanor at executive level as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong data affinity and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
