Record to Report Analyst – Vestas Philippines

Join our Shared Service Finance team in Pasay and drive quality and efficiency in our global finance processes as a Record-to-Report Analyst.

Your responsibilities

• Execute full monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities in line with group accounting policies and agreed KPIs/SLAs
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and analyses that provide decision-makers with clear insights
• Identify deviations early, communicate them in pre-close meetings and follow through until resolved
• Process complex accounting transactions independently and escalate issues to ensure swift resolution
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and keep standard operating procedures up to date

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA, CMA, CIA or equivalent certification preferred
• 2–4 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a shared-service environment
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel); solid SAP & SAP-BI knowledge mandatory
• Sound understanding of local and international accounting standards
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English
• Solution-oriented mindset, self-starter attitude and customer focus
