Strategy & Operations Associate Principal – Global Operations
Location: New York City, USA (hybrid)

What You’ll Do

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual operational and financial targets through innovative strategies
• Drive strategic decisions, rigorous project planning and continuous operational evolution
• Manage critical daily operations for successful service launches and smooth ongoing service
• Deliver data-driven analyses to guide decisions
• Partner with Product, Partner Success, Sales, Expansion and local Operations teams
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and build scalable workflows from scratch
• Shape product innovations and roll out new features together with Data & Product teams
• Build strategic partnerships to achieve growth and efficiency goals

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, operations or tech
• Outstanding academic record (Bachelor’s or higher)
• Strong analytical toolkit: Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python
• Able to translate complex analyses into clear insights for any audience
• Self-starter comfortable owning multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative team player with influence across multi-geo organization
• Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary USD 85,000–110,000 per year (gross annual, excluding equity & variable)
• Monthly gross salary ≈ USD 7,100–9,200
