Consumer Growth Marketing Associate Principal

Via uses technology to transform transportation worldwide. As a Consumer Growth Marketing Associate Principal, you will help improve access to mobility by understanding riders and creating programs that reach key audiences, analyze results, evolve processes and scale successful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Run analyses to uncover growth opportunities across the entire rider lifecycle.
• Drive marketing strategy through quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, usability tests, interviews, focus groups) and deliver actionable insights.
• Define experimentation, reporting and strategic development of marketing programs.
• Manage local and international campaigns with internal and external teams; communicate strategy and findings clearly.
• Continuously test new rider-growth initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decisions with stakeholders.
• Build scalable community-focused programs and replicate best practices across markets.
• Create dashboards and playbooks that improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about growth marketing and sustainable mobility.
• Highly customer-oriented; strong written and verbal communicator.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable owning major initiatives.
• Metrics-driven with advanced Excel and SQL skills; Python or data science a plus.
• 2+ years professional experience; user acquisition or analytics platform experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $90,000 – $125,000 per year plus equity and 401(k) matching.
