Contract Manager

Position Overview
Join a team of Contract Managers and Legal Counsels shaping tomorrow’s energy landscape. Support Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies in large-scale projects by managing complex contracts, analyzing risks, negotiating agreements, and advising project and site management with a proactive, strategic approach to contract and claims management.

Your Responsibilities

• Safeguard Siemens Energy’s rights through expert advice on customer, consortium, and subcontract agreements
• Drive commercial processes such as change-order management and draft pertinent correspondence
• Identify technical, commercial, and contractual issues to devise tailored project claim strategies
• Collect and assess project records to advance or defend claims
• Collaborate with legal teams on quantum and delay analyses for arbitration proceedings
• Perform quantitative and schedule analyses to establish causation of project-impacting events

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of proven success in complex commercial contract and claims management across multiple projects
• Law degree preferred, or equivalent project-execution experience
• Strong negotiation skills within matrix teams
• Self-driven, pragmatic problem solver who delivers clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Existing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; internal visa transfers for current employees may apply
