Nous recherchons un Coordonnateur Construction Instrumentation et Contrôles pour nous rejoindre dans notre mission de contribuer à un avenir plus vert. Le poste fait partie de notre excellente équipe basée à Saint-Basile-le-Grand / McMasterville, Québec. En nous rejoignant, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’établissement de l’une des premières usines de batteries à grande échelle en Amérique du Nord et contribuerez à bâtir un avenir énergétique durable.

L'équipe de construction est chargée de superviser, en tant que client, l'ensemble du processus de construction de nos installations de fabrication de batteries avancées. Nous nous engageons à garantir la sécurité tout en respectant des délais stricts.

Nous travaillons dans un environnement collaboratif axé sur la réalisation de notre objectif à long terme, à savoir révolutionner l'industrie de l'énergie grâce à une technologie de batterie innovante.

Les principales responsabilités sont:

• Coordonner les activités de construction d'Instrumentation et Contrôles (IC), en veillant au respect des calendriers, des budgets et des normes de qualité des projets.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes, les fournisseurs externes et les entrepreneurs afin de garantir une exécution sans faille des initiatives d’IC
• Superviser l'installation, l'étalonnage et les essais des systèmes d'instrumentation et de contrôle, y compris les capteurs, les actionneurs et les panneaux de contrôle.
• Mettre en œuvre des mesures de contrôle de la qualité afin de respecter les normes les plus strictes en matière d'exécution des travaux et de performance des systèmes.
• Veiller au respect des codes, des réglementations et des normes de sécurité applicables aux installations d'IC.

About the Job: We are looking for a dedicated Construction Coordinator specialized in I&C (Instrumentation and Control) to join us in our mission to drive innovation and sustainability. This role is a part of our excellent team based in Saint-Basile-le-Grand / Mc Masterville, Quebec. By joining us, you will play a crucial role in constructing facilities with advanced instrumentation and control systems, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies and infrastructure.

About the Team:

The Construction Team bears the responsibility of overseeing the entire construction process for establishing our advanced battery manufacturing facilities. We are committed to ensuring safety while committing to strict timelines.

While the team is currently expanding, we operate in a collaborative environment focused on achieving our long-term goal of revolutionizing the energy industry through innovative battery technology.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

• Coordinating I&C construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of I&C initiatives.
• Overseeing the installation, calibration, and testing of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, actuators, and control panels.
• Implementing quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and system performance.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards for I&C installations.

Skills & Requirements

Quelques prérequis:

• Diplôme en ingénierie des systèmes électriques / systèmes de contrôle ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Plusieurs expériences pertinentes dans la coordination de la construction, avec un accent particulier sur les systèmes d'IC.
• Solide connaissance des principes d'instrumentation et de contrôle, des pratiques d'installation et des règles de sécurité.
• Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion de projet, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
• Engagement en faveur de la sécurité, de la qualité et de la protection de l'environnement.

Points bonus pour :

• Expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière.
• Familiarité avec les systèmes de contrôle industriel et les technologies d'automatisation.
• Expérience de la gestion de projets de construction dans des environnements multiculturels.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
