Retail Management Apprenticeship - Osnabrück Weidenstraße 2026

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt Osnabrück you will rotate through every store department. You will learn goods receipt, storage, fresh-food counters, checkout, customer advice and sales promotions. Together with the team you ensure smooth operations and provide expert advice on organic food. After passing the final exam you will usually be offered an open-ended full-time position.

Your tasks

• Presenting and maintaining our premium organic product range
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Operating the till and daily cash reconciliation
• Implementing promotional and seasonal displays
• Organising ordering, deliveries, quality checks and storage
• Supporting the planning and execution of sales campaigns

• Good school-leaving certificate, preferably intermediate level
