Customs Classification Specialist (2-Year Contract)

Your Day

You will work in a team that classifies products with relevant customs information and determines product origin.

Your Impact

• Capture customs-classification data from systems and departments such as Engineering, R&D.
• Classify goods under customs regulations using technical attributes.
• Analyse trade documents from suppliers and associations to document origin.
• Calculate preferential and non-preferential origin and monitor related processes.
• Set goods origin and preference status for SE exports to EU preference countries.
• Identify improvement potential, contribute to team growth; report to Team Lead Customs Classification, Bucharest.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of customs classification experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Trade, Law or comparable experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong MS-Office skills, ideally SAP, MIC, Integration Point etc.
• High accuracy, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel 5-10 %.
