Head of Global Project Specific Costing (m/f/d)

As Head of Global Project Specific Costing you will lead an international team creating, reviewing and optimising project-specific cost calculations for wind-energy projects worldwide.

You act as the central interface between Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Service and Finance, ensuring competitive, fact-based pricing.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and strategically develop the Global Project Costing team
• Coordinate and validate all cost assumptions with internal stakeholders for projects worldwide
• Approve cost estimates and risk analyses within regional project-approval processes
• Drive continuous process- and tool-improvement for standardisation, efficiency and accuracy
• Define and report KPIs to track cost trends across projects and regions
• Report directly to the Global Costing Director

Your profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field with energy/project focus
• Several years of experience in project controlling, cost management or calculation and first leadership exposure
• Deep understanding of global sourcing strategies, logistics and financial KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and high accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA/SQL beneficial
• Fluent English; German or Spanish advantageous
• Willingness to travel occasionally
