Temporary Cover (m/f/d) / Shift Manager (m/f/d) - Berlin-Hasenheide

Your responsibilities

• Advise customers and sell premium organic products
• Support store management in daily operations and ensure smooth goods flow
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of deputy or store manager
• Act cooperatively and appropriately to each situation with reason and empathy

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail clerk (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d) or comparable experience
• Career changers (m/f/d) with leadership experience from gastronomy/hospitality are welcome
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, sales orientation and careful working style
