Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Halle-Leipziger Straße 2026

During your 2-year retail sales apprenticeship (m/f/d) at our organic supermarket on Halle-Leipziger Straße you will rotate through every department: shelf stocking, cheese and bakery counter, bistro, goods-in and checkout. You will learn how to give holistic advice on organic food, place orders, create appealing displays and implement promotions – all while working closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive customer advice on products and sustainability
• Receiving, storing and preparing goods for sale
• Checkout operation and daily cash reconciliation
• Planning and executing promotional activities
