Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and scheduling
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Inventory control and stock management
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food and strong customer focus
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader or deputy
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in sales
