Mobile Trainer for Electrical Helpers (m/f/d)

At 1KOMMA5° we are building Europe’s leading energy software platform Heartbeat and link PV, battery storage, heat pumps and EV chargers into a virtual power plant that significantly boosts the profitability of our customers’ systems. As a one-stop shop we supply and install customised, intelligent energy solutions that let households live, heat and drive carbon-neutral—quickly and professionally.

Your responsibilities

• Hands-on training of our installation teams directly on site, focusing on AC-light mounting processes
• Technical support for new teams during onboarding and enforcement of our installation standards
• Creation of digital learning content with 1K5° Handwerk Academy (step-by-step guides, video material)
• On-site quality checks, constructive feedback, and documentation of learning progress and improvement potential

Your profile

• Vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology
• Practical experience in PV installation, preferably with AC know-how
• Enthusiasm for teaching and didactic skills
• Willingness to travel across Germany (up to 4 weeks per month), category B driving licence
• Structured, self-reliant working style and strong communication skills
