Inside Sales Support – Heat Pumps (m/f/d)

In 2023 we installed over 1,000 heat pumps and plan to multiply this five- to tenfold in 2024. Job Description

• You advise pre-qualified customers via video conference using a modern CRM and turn quotes into contracts – no field service required.
• You sell all-inclusive heat-pump packages and help establish and scale our new product portfolio.

Qualifications

• First sales experience or strong closing affinity – technical basics are taught on the job.
• Excellent communication skills, self-drive and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Organized team player eager to develop personally and professionally.
