Your responsibilities

• Independently manage heating-replacement projects, upgrading old systems to modern air-to-water heat pumps
• Travel to customers throughout the Berlin region in a fully equipped van
• Coach and support an apprentice or trainee on site
• Work closely with planners, logistics and customer service
• Help optimize efficient, digital installation processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician with focus on heating or comparable professional experience
• Heat-pump experience welcome but not essential
• Strong customer focus and commitment to quality
• Team player who enjoys digital working methods
