Your responsibilities

• Take charge of your own replacement projects: swap old boilers for modern air-to-water heat pumps
• Visit customers in your region in a fully equipped service van
• Work in a two-person team with a colleague or trainee close cooperation with planners, logistics and customer service
• Continuously improve our processes: specialization and digitalization make installations highly efficient

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as HVAC technician (SHK) with a focus on heating technology or comparable professional experience
• Ideally first experience with heat pumps and strong willingness to specialize
• Strong customer focus and drive to deliver the best results
• Comfortable working in a modern, digital environment and a real team player
