Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson – Organic Sector (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson at Denns BioMarkt Karlsruhe you will learn every operational process – from goods receipt, storage and appealing presentation to expert customer advice on organic food. You handle orders, operate the checkout, support advertising and seasonal campaigns and take responsibility for shelves, fresh-food counters, bistro and back office.

• implementing promotional activities and sales campaigns
• organising ordering, goods receipt, checking and storage
• supporting seasonal placements

• good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
