Working Student (m/f/d) Human Resources

Deutsche Windtechnik is Europe’s leading service provider for maintenance, repair, optimization and inspection of wind turbines. To strengthen our HR team at our Osnabrück site, we are looking for immediate support.

Your tasks

• Support the operational HR business, especially in employee support and recruiting
• Maintain and ensure quality of personnel and applicant data and handle administrative HR tasks
• Create and revise job profiles within our qualification processes
• Gain insight into candidate management and participate in various recruiting processes
• Contribute to diverse HR-related projects

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, economic psychology, social sciences or similar, preferably with HR focus
• Interest in general HR topics and first practical experience is an advantage
• Structured, independent working style and confident use of MS Office
• Excellent German language skills, strong communication skills and high motivation
