Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Monthly training allowance (gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

Exact pay according to federal state regulations.
