Lead Photovoltaic Installer

Your responsibilities :

• Pre-installation technical site surveys
• Assembly of mounting structures and PV modules to drawings and standards
• Material lifting and site security (PPE/PSC), working at height
• Panel positioning and electrical wiring
• Completion of quality self-check sheets
• Inventory management
• Lead technical crews and upskill newcomers
• Customer interface: clear explanation of the installed system

Required profile :

• Proven team-lead experience on roofing or electrical installation projects
• Ability to carry out full PV installation process
• Strict adherence to safety, health and hygiene rules
• Solar experience mandatory
• Strong organization, teamwork and autonomy
• Driving licence category B required
• Comfortable working at height
