Digital Specialist

Help us change the world: Vestas is looking for a Digital Specialist for North America to strengthen the reputation of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturer through targeted, digital communication.

Your responsibilities

• Build and manage all digital channels (social media, website, search ads) for Vestas North America
• Develop a regional content strategy covering social media, podcasts and programmatic advertising
• Create graphics, videos and interactive assets to reinforce brand visibility
• Drive employer-branding campaigns focused on technician recruiting in key markets
• Control budgets, agencies and freelancers
• Analyze KPIs, conduct social listening and optimize continuously
• Develop governance & crisis playbooks together with the External Communications Lead

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or min. 5 years’ experience in digital marketing; Master’s preferred
• Proven expertise in paid & organic social campaigns (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram)
• Strong skills in graphic & video tools (Adobe CC, Canva, CapCut)
• Experience with content management systems and SEO/SEM
• Project-management, analytics and storytelling skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, driver’s license & passport required
