HSE Lifting Specialist (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

As HSE Lifting Specialist you support the offshore lifting team from planning to execution. You develop internal procedures and standards for lifting operations, review documents, analyse incidents and initiate corrective actions. You contribute to the training and development of personnel, advise on design and procurement of safety-critical lifting equipment and promote a sustainable lift-safety culture.

Your profile

• Completed safety-relevant degree or equivalent qualification plus NEBOSH (International) Diploma or similar
• Certification for lifting operations (e.g. CPCS A61, LEEA AP, NCCCO Lift Director)
• Several years of experience in lifting and load handling, ideally in offshore projects
• Thorough knowledge of international lifting regulations and standards
• Experience in incident investigation, root-cause analysis and development of corrective actions
• Very good English skills, willingness to travel and ability to work in a team
