Customer Care Administrator (m/f/d)

1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s leading energy-software platform “Heartbeat”. We link PV, battery storage, heat pumps and EV chargers into a virtual power plant and boost the profitability of customers’ connected systems. As a one-stop shop we guide households and businesses through purchasing and installing carbon-free energy solutions. Our tech division advances Heartbeat to connect customers worldwide to electricity markets, always offering the cheapest, cleanest tariff.

Your tasks

• 1st & 2nd level support (technical & commercial) via phone, email, chat and social media
• Error analysis of hardware and software; close collaboration with specialist teams to improve products
• Create training material and coach new team members
• Build multi-media FAQs to enable customer self-service
• Help shape automated and AI-driven service processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training plus ≥3 years customer-service experience
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn how renewable energy works
• Strong communication skills and joy in explaining complex matters clearly
• Fluent German (C1) and good English
• Desirable: experience with Zendesk or comparable CRM tools
