Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and development
• Duty scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Merchandise presentation and range maintenance to quality standards
• Ensuring the store always displays a flawless appearance

Your profile

• Vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Enthusiasm for organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or daily deputy
• Initiative, responsibility and team spirit
