Retail Management Apprenticeship – Stuttgart-Tübinger Straße 2026

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department – from goods-in and fresh-food counters to checkout, customer service and back office. You will learn to present premium organic products, advise customers expertly, plan orders, implement promotions and help ensure smooth store operations.

Your tasks

• Labelling and attractive placement of organic goods
• Customer consultation and sales at checkout and fresh counters
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving, checking, stocking
• Supporting promotions and seasonal placements
• Cash handling and reconciliation
