Junior Revenue Operations (f/m/d)

Position Description

• Crunch operational data, challenge processes and build hands-on solutions right inside the business.
• Act as the key interface to our sales stakeholders and turn chaos into clarity.
• Support forecasting and performance optimisation.
• Drive projects that automate and streamline sales workflows.

Your Profile

• 1+ year of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar roles in fast-growing companies.
• Native-level German with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• University degree in business or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and a passion for dissecting business data.
• Hands-on mindset, self-starter attitude and high execution speed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach.
