Your responsibilities

• Independent construction management of heat-pump projects in the HVAC sector—focus on single- and multi-family homes
• Organize and coordinate our subcontractors on site from installation to final acceptance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards
• Supervise and control construction workflows in the region and occasional assignments beyond
• Technical alignment with planning, sales and customers
• Document progress and report to the „engine room“

Your profile

• Completed HVAC vocational training with master craftsman certificate or equivalent
• Several years of construction management experience, ideally with heat pumps
• Strong organizational and communication skills, structured approach
• Experience coordinating external service providers
• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally further
• Class B driving license
