Career Changer / Helper for Electrical Work (m/f/d)

At 1KOMMA5° we are building Europe’s leading energy-software platform „Heartbeat“ and creating a virtual power plant that links PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and charging points. As a career changer / helper (m/f/d) you will support our trades team in Augsburg with the electrical preparation and installation of smart energy systems.

Your tasks

• Prepare electrical work for PV systems: mount cable ducts, run wiring from service entrance to meter cabinet
• Pre-wire components such as meter cabinet, inverter, battery storage and switch
• Site coordination: liaise with other trades and homeowners for smooth execution

• Safe handling of drills and common tools
• Basic ability to read installation drawings
• Reliable, precise working style and physical fitness
• German language skills (spoken & written) and class B driving licence
