Training location: Freiburg im Breisgau – several stores

Working hours: 37.5 hours/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

Your tasks

• In-depth training on organic products and the Alnatura range
• Practical experience on organic farms and processing facilities
• Sales: product presentation, freshness checks, checkout, advice
• Store management: ordering, stocktake, promotions, staff scheduling
• Additional IHK certificate “Specialist Organic Retail”
