Reporting & Compliance Specialist LATAM

We are looking for a Finance Reporting & Compliance Specialist based in Brazil to own monthly closing & reporting for entities across the region. You will report to the Latin America Finance Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Own monthly closing & reporting processes for regional entities
• Ensure compliance with reporting processes and financial policies
• Primary contact for Headquarters on reported figures
• Financial control of P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow statements
• Support accounting/reporting processes for regional companies
• Assist regional budget preparation and analyze budget deviations
• Control and review fixed capacity costs
• Improve reporting processes and communicate group guidelines
• Collaborate on internal control execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; Master’s in Accounting/Auditing preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in multinationals or Big Four/consulting firms
• Fluent Portuguese & English; Spanish highly valued
• SAP knowledge plus proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAC and BPC experience
• Systematic mindset, strong communication, teamwork, organized, timely delivery
