Retail Management Trainee – Dreieich (2026)

During your 3-year retail management traineeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store – from goods receipt and checkout to customer advice, sales campaigns and back-office tasks. You present organic foods, advise customers knowledgeably, organise ordering and stock processes and actively support promotional and seasonal activities.

Your tasks:

• appealing presentation of our high-quality organic foods
• comprehensive, friendly customer service
• operating the checkout and balancing the till
• implementing marketing promotions
• managing ordering, incoming-goods inspection and storage
• planning and executing sales promotions and seasonal displays
