Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Compensation

Salary depends on federal state and starts at:

• Year 1: €1,190 gross/month
• Year 2: €1,290 gross/month
• Year 3 (retail management assistants only): €1,420 gross/month
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

• Hands-on experience on organic farms & in production facilities
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Sales tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
