Bonding Process Engineer – Professional (Goleniów)

The Bonding Blades Process Engineering department owns the complete bonding process, including PFMEA, risk assessments, process specs and requirements. We create the process roadmap for current and future states, drive standardisation through optimisation and ensure stable, capable processes that improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise production processes within bonding operations
• Develop process requirements and specifications
• Support manufacturing sites in process industrialisation and standardisation
• Harness data analytics for performance improvement and data-driven decisions
• Resolve production issues using 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA
• Apply continuous-improvement tools (SPC, Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and secure product quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• 4–5 years of relevant experience
• Proven record in process-requirement formulation and manufacturing-specification development
• Fluent English; Polish is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to support multiple Vestas sites
• Knowledge of composite bonding materials: adhesives, glass- and carbon fibre, epoxy resins
• Six Sigma Green Belt and QDA skills highly valued
