As a next-generation installation company, we develop our heat pump in Sweden and manufacture it in Poland. In more than 300 skilled technicians working in our own operations throughout Germany, we enable customers to switch smoothly to clean energy. Your responsibilities

• Handle incoming website inquiries and advise customers comprehensively on clean energy and efficient heating
• Collect all data required to qualify leads and design the optimum customer-specific solution
• Schedule on-site visits to present our energy and heating solutions and understand customer needs
• Maintain our CRM system and hand over complete information to our field technicians

What you bring

• Experience in inside sales or customer service, ideally in a technical environment
• Strong IT affinity and confident use of CRM systems and sales/marketing tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with genuine customer orientation
• Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively
• Team player who enjoys a dynamic work setting
• Self-starter with self-motivation and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Fluent German and good written & spoken English
