By connecting PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, we help customers get more out of their energy. As a one-stop shop we provide households and small businesses with consulting, planning, installation and digital control – for climate-neutral living, heating and charging.
Your responsibilities- Advise and sell our complete portfolio – PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and Heartbeat energy management – to residential and light-commercial clients in and around Möhnesee
- Independently schedule and conduct customer appointments, needs analyses and prepare offers
- Work with pre-qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° group; focus on transparent advice and contract closing
- Own the customer journey from first contact to contract signature, then hand over to project coordination and site management
- Continuously improve regional sales processes with your ideas
What you bring- First sales experience or strong motivation to start a sales career; experience with technical products, ideally PV or heat pumps, is a plus
- Strong communication skills, empathy and convincing presentation abilities
- Basic technical understanding of renewable energy systems and the talent to explain complex topics clearly
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-moving industry
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
