At 1KOMMA5° we are developing Heartbeat – Europe’s leading energy software platform. It connects photovoltaic systems, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, enabling our customers to use their energy more efficiently and profitably.

You advise and sell our comprehensive portfolio – PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and the Heartbeat energy management system – to single-family homeowners and small businesses in the Münster region. You plan and structure your appointments, proposals and consultations independently, work with pre-qualified leads and accompany customers from first inquiry to contract signature. Together with project coordination and construction management you ensure smooth handover and actively develop our sales processes.

Your profile:

• High sales motivation or previous experience selling complex products, ideally in PV/heat pump sector
• Strong communication skills, empathy and transparency in customer dialogue
• Technical understanding of complex concepts and ability to explain them clearly
• Willingness to continuously develop in a dynamic industry
• Enjoy meaningful work and real contribution to the energy transition
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
