Service Sales Specialist (f/m/d) Focus on Major Components

Your tasks

• Independently process customer inquiries via ticket system in close cooperation with specialist departments
• Create calculations and quotations together with technical teams and track offers including statistical recording
• Conduct price negotiations with end customers
• Provide regular reporting to supervisor for priority alignment
• Identify new market opportunities together with specialist departments to implement sales strategy
• Support technical coordination with customers and suppliers

Your profile

• Degree in engineering/business administration or comparable vocational training
• First sales experience with consulting-intensive products/services
• Commercial thinking, customer orientation and assertiveness
• Structured, resilient and independent working style
• Negotiation skills and communication ability
• Excellent German and good English skills written and spoken
• Sound MS Office knowledge and experience with ERP systems
• Class B driving license
