Certified Construction Manager / Site Supervisor or Construction Technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible construction management for the professional execution of refurbishment, conversion and new-build projects

• Planning and supervision of concrete coatings

• Concrete maintenance based on ageing monitoring (AÜP civil engineering)

• Supporting the ageing monitoring of structures

• Accountability for costs, schedule and quality

• Leading and coordinating external personnel

• Preparing technical procurement specifications for concrete coating and repair

• Participation in interdisciplinary projects

Your profile:

• Completed training as certified Construction Manager / Site Supervisor or Construction Technician

• Several years of experience in construction management (planning and execution)

• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (SIA, etc.)

• Team orientation, loyalty and assertiveness

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and MS Project)
