Junior Paid Search Manager (m/f/d)

As Junior Paid Search Manager (m/f/d) in our Berlin headquarters you are responsible for planning, managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns. You will take on exciting digital marketing projects and actively contribute to the success of our sustainable energy solutions.

Your tasks:

• Conceptualizing and executing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising)
• continuous campaign optimization to increase efficiency and conversions
• preparation of reports and performance analyses
• close collaboration with content, design and sales teams
• testing of new ad formats, bidding strategies and targeting approaches

Your profile:

• initial professional experience or practitioner certificates in paid search
• analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with numbers
• strong numerical skills and confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
• strong communication skills in German; good English skills
