Your responsibilities

• Technical leadership and scheduling of a team of installers
• Assembly of PV sub-structures, module mounting and DC-cable routing to house entry
• Technical inspection and documentation according to current standards
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and work regulations
• On-site customer communication

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as roofer, carpenter or similar (m/f/d) or several years of mounting/roofer experience
• First leadership experience in PV crew dispatch
• No fear of heights and safe behaviour on roofs
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German, spoken and written
• Class B driving license, ideally additional BE
