Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Salary: Varies by federal state, minimum:

• Year 1: €1,290 per month
• Year 2: €1,420 per month
• Regular employee salary from year 3
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Clerk (min. subject-specific university entrance)
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
  • Practical experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
  • Core retail tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
• 1-year advanced training as Certified Retail Specialist
  • Early adoption of leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Food Retail” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
