Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Bayreuth Bernecker Str. 2026

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department: from shelving and inventory management to fresh-service counters (cheese, bakery), checkout and back office. You will learn to present premium organic foods attractively, advise customers expertly on organic products, organise ordering and goods flow, and implement promotional campaigns. At the same time you support daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of our organic products

• Cash handling and balancing
• Implementation of marketing activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with sales campaigns and seasonal displays

What you bring

• Good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and excellent manners
