Retail Management Apprenticeship – Gevelsberg (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship you will discover every area of our organic supermarket – from ordering and product advice to checkout operations. You will present organic foods attractively, organise orders, receiving and storage, support promotional campaigns and take responsibility for shelves, bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office. Comprehensive training on our eLearning platform „Wissen macht BIO“ and annual team events complement daily practice.

Your tasks

• Merchandising and presentation of premium organic foods
• Competent, friendly customer advice on organic products
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Support of advertising campaigns, sales promotions and seasonal placements
• Purchasing, goods receipt, quality control and stock management

Your profile

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with customers and excellent manners
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
