Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (varies by federal state, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190/month
• Year 2: €1,290/month
• Year 3: €1,420/month (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

Your experiences with us

• "Adventure Culture" theatre workshop
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Sales tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
