EBIT Recovery Leader

Management | Full-Time | Commercial

As EBIT Recovery Leader you will drive initiatives to restore and improve Earnings Before Interest and Tax. You analyse loss-making service contracts, design counter-measures and implement them together with Sales, Finance, Operations and Legal – always with the goal of strengthening Vestas’ profitability and resilience.

Location: Melbourne (Australia) or Seoul (South Korea), Region APC > Service Commercial APAC

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute EBIT-recovery plans aligned with regional and global targets
• Identify under-performing service contracts, quantify financial impact and initiate corrective actions
• Conduct detailed analysis of cost structures, pricing models and contract scope to derive renegotiation and optimisation strategies
• Support contract amendments, establish margin monitoring and proactively mitigate risks
• Negotiate with customers, resolve disputes and close new contract conditions
• Build best-practice tools and dashboards for EBIT reporting, continuously improve processes

Your profile:

• University degree in Business, Finance or Engineering; MBA advantageous
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial management, contract optimisation or financial recovery, preferably in the energy or industrial sector
• Strong understanding of service contracts, pricing models and cost drivers
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills combined with convincing stakeholder management
• High willingness to travel within the APAC region
