Your Tasks

• Build and digitize processes for an AZAV-compliant onboarding in the Sales Academy
• Document and maintain required data within our process landscape
• Prepare materials and design e-learning modules
• Coordinate and handle communication with authorities and public offices
• Support the preparation and follow-up of Sales Academy trainings

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Business, Education, Project Management or similar
• First project-management experience, ideally in education or training
• Knowledge of AZAV requirements is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, structured mindset and high self-drive
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Confident with digital tools and interested in e-learning formats
