Your responsibilities

• Interface between planning, site order management and installation supervision at 1KOMMA5° Handwerk GmbH
• Project preparation, coordination and follow-up for heat-pump and photovoltaic systems
• Proactive capacity management of our project managers: scheduling, monitoring and deadline tracking
• Early integration of new projects to ensure optimum utilisation of our installation teams

Your profile

• Vocational or academic technical qualification, ideally with experience in renewables (photovoltaics and/or heat pumps)
• Strong organisational talent and confident communication skills, internally and externally
• Track record in project management or coordination of construction/technical projects
• High self-motivation, flexibility and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident use of digital tools and pronounced IT affinity
