Foundation Builder / Team Leader (m/f/d) Heat Pumps - Bavaria

As a foundation builder for heat pumps you create the basis for sustainable energy solutions. Within a motivated team you take responsibility for safe and durable foundations throughout Bavaria.

Your tasks

• Construct weather-proof heat-pump foundations from prefabricated blocks
• Excavate pits, lay drainage layers and perform core drilling
• Install district-heating piping to commission the heat pump
• Deliver clean, on-time work on well-prepared sites

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as foundation builder, landscape gardener, concrete worker, bricklayer, road builder, civil works helper or similar
• Hands-on experience in masonry, concrete, plaster or paving work
• Confident handling of different substrates and site conditions
• Self-reliant working from clear instructions
• Driving licence class B and good German communication skills
