How to contribute to our vision

As a Planning Manager, you lead all planning activities at the Cuxhaven site. You define the planning strategy and ensure that the production program is always coordinated with all relevant partners both within and outside the site and aligns with the overarching strategic goals.

What are your responsibilities?

  • You strategically lead and develop the planning team.

  • You proactively ensure timely and efficient production control.

  • You inform all relevant partners within and outside the site about the current status, forecast, risks, and opportunities.

  • You continuously analyze and optimize planning processes to increase efficiency.

  • You independently develop and implement innovative planning strategies.

  • You create and present strategic reports and action recommendations for management.

  • You work closely with projects, procurement, and production to ensure optimal resource utilization and capacity planning.

  • You ensure that all planning activities comply with legal and internal company regulations.

  • You promote the professional development and training of team members to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

  • You are responsible for the cost center budget.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Additionally:

  • You have a university degree.

  • You can demonstrate extensive experience in a similar position.

  • You have deep knowledge of relevant systems, such as SAP and Microsoft Office.

  • You are capable of motivating, supporting, and transforming employees at the site.

  • You speak fluent English and German.
